Entry Form:            2008 SCG Thailand Open Entry Form

Entries close:           27, May 2008.

All entries must be submitted by fax or e-mailed directly to the Badminton Association of Thailand   by email at info@badmintonthai.or.th  or by fax at +662-2553392 before the closing dates as stipulated below. Entries must be endorsed by the National Badminton Association. Submission of entries will only be accepted by using the attached entry forms.

All entries must be in accordance with the respective National Rankings. The closing date for submissionof entries is on 27th May 2008. Late entries after the  closing date will be automatically rejected.

World Ranking date for qualifier is 22 May 2008.

Prize Money

WGP Gold US$120,000

WGP Gold US$120,000.-  (Subject to 5% local withholding tax law.) It will be distributed in accordance to BWF Grand Prix Regulations.  The Orgaznizer is responsible to deduct amounts in accordance to the law prior to the payments.
