If you or your team and officials require visas to enter Switzerland Tommy Moesch will be happy to assist you in writing an official invitation. Please make sure, that applications are made at least six weeks prior to the event / your departure!

Practice Facilities |
Practice courts will be available upon agreement, from Monday 10 March 2008 afternoon. During the tournament there will be 8-10 courts available in the arena.
Please fill out and return the enclosed practice form as soon as possible! Bookings will be made according entrance of your reservation and availability!

| On the courts the warming up time is limited to a maximum of 2 minutes. |

TECHNICAL BRIEFING |

Team manager'sbriefing will be held on Monday,10 March 2008 at 18.00h.
Umpire's briefing will be held on Monday,10 March 2008 at 20.00h
Briefings will be held in the Business Lounge in the Foyer of the St. Jakobshalle, Basel and are ompulsory for all teams and Umpires!
