- Transport between CDG Airport. or Orly Airport, hotels and the venue will be organised. In order to be met at your arrival, please inform us about your arrival (and departure) details filling in the registration form.
- We kindly ask you to do this at least 2 weeks before the event; otherwise you will not be picked up upon your arrival.
- If your players and officials require Visas to enter France please ensure that application is made atleast six weeks in advance to a French Visa issuing post. We are informed that formal invitations from us are not essential, but we can provide a letter to our Visa Section if you wish, when players’ details are known..
