All entries must be submitted through their national associations.
All entries must be made on the enclosed entry form and sent to the following address:

Entries close on October 16th, 2007.
Late entries will be rejected.
All entries should be accompanied by player’s BWF number.
National Associations will be notified whether their players have been accepted directly into the Main Draw or if they are required to play in the Qualifying Rounds once entries are evaluated by BWF after the closing date.

| RULES & REGULATIONS |

Please bear in mind BWF Super Series Regulations with regard to the competition, withdrawal, dope-testing and media obligation. |
No player shall be eligible to compete unless he/she is:
The Organiser reserves the right to decide on the numbers of entries admitted into the qualifying rounds.
Entry Form: All entries must be sent through or with a supporting letter from National Associations. Entries from Member Associations Should be sent on the enclosed form. Entries close 16th October 2007.
Seeding of players shall be done by BWF and draws will be conducted in accordance to the prevailing regulation of the BWF.
Scoring System: Rally Point System = 3 * 21 Points.
Withdrawal: Notification of Withdrawal(s) with reason must be given immediately to the Tournament Secretary by fax or e-mail. Withdrawal(s) made after 16 October 2007 for whatsoever reasons shall be subjected to penalty payment as per the regulation of BWF for Super Series.
Drug Testing : Doping tests will be conducted during the Championship.
Shuttlecocks: JINQUE AAA (Approved by BWF and used at China Open in the past years)

The referee of the Championship is Ben Lageweg (Netherland).
The deputy referees of the Championship are

| IMPORTANT MEETINGS |
The meeting will be conducted by the referee on Nov. 19, 2007. The exact time and venue are to be notified later. |

Room Rates: Singles / Doubles Room US$80.00 per room / night (inc. Breakfast)
Reservations: All hotel reservation and rooming list must be submitted not later than November 10 2007 to the Organizing Committee by fax (+86-20-38797877) or e-mail (gzbaorg@163.net).
Shuttle services will be provided from Guangzhou Baiyun airport to the hotel and between the hotel and the venue.
