All entries must be submitted through their national associations with authorized signature. All entries must be made on the enclosed ‘Entry Form’. The completed ‘Entry Form’ must reach Badminton Association of Malaysia Limited by mail, fax or email as follows :

Entries must be sent to BAM at email jane@bam.org.my or fax at ++603 2094 5855.
Following entries will NOT be accepted:

1. Received after the closing date;
2. Without authorised signature of the national association;
3. Made on an individual basis.
