Rules and Regulations will be applied in accordance to the BWF using the Grand Prix competition format.
To ensure that the lower level players have games with players of their levels, it was decided that there will be qualifying rounds in all the Events depending on the quantity of the number of Entries received.

| Withdrawal |
Will be handled under the provision for the World Grand Prix Regulation- PENALTY for WITHDRAWAL.
Notification of any withdrawal with valid reasons must be submitted immediately to the organizer by fax/e-mail

| Clothing and Advertisement |
Clothing & advertising are in accordance to BWF “Competition Regulations (under World Grand Prix events)”. |
| Transportation |
| Will be provided for arrival and departure from the airport to the official hotel provided the Organizer is informed of the flight details way in advance. |
| Official Hotel |
The three-star Molodezhnaya Hotel is located in the north of Moscow, not far from Timiryazevskaya metro station, so the hotel's guests in 15 minutes get to the center of Moscow with its famous sights, business and entertainment centers, popular shops and restaurants. The hotel's building was constructed in 1980 and renovated for three times, the last one - in 2004.
The Molodezhnaya Hotel offers accommodation in comfortable rooms equipped with all modern amenities and a wide choice of hotel facilities. Business facilities of the hotel include a large and cozy meeting room and a business center. The hotel's guests are welcome to the Molodaya Gvardiya Entertainment Center located on the hotel's territory. Here the guests can visit a casino, a disco and enjoy various shows.
Price for room 5900 rubles (+ 25% only in the first day for booking)
All peoples who paid the Hotel "Salut", the money will be provided to the hotel "Molodejnaja"

Indemnity & Insurance |
Any participating associations and its delegated competitors/ officials should agree to indemnity and hold the organizing committee free and unaccountable for and against any claims for personal injury, death or property damage, arising out of or in any way resulting from the participation in the said tournament.
Please ensure that your players & team officials are covered with the necessary insurance policy to meet the current requirements. |

The Umpire’s Briefing will be on the 04th of December 2007.

| Manager’s Meeting |
Each team shall appoint a team manager who shall be responsible for all communications to the entries submitted under their National Association. The Team Manager’s Meeting will be on the 04th of December 2007. (Time and Venue will be announced later) |
| Visa Application |
| The visa is given free of charge at presence of booking and an accommodation fee at organizers. |
