After this date all requests for accommodation must be directed to our new agents Quality Reservations (address above) who will do their best to assist. If they are able to secure rooms they may be at the full ‘rack’ rate and may be some distance away in hotels not served by the courtesy transport service.

b)Organisations and individuals booking must accept responsibility for any cancellation charges incurred.
